The donated garments are kept for atleast 2 weeks in quarantine before donation.

You can browse our website without registering. However, it is necessary for those who wants to connect and work with us.

There is no criteria for donation. However, it will facilitate our work if the donors donate at least 5 or more clothes at a time. The criteria for receiving the donations are a little strict. The beneficiary must be registered to an NGO or a community which is registered with BOLD. The beneficiary must have an identification proof and must attend our awareness campaigns.

Kindly mail us the issue by typing the word ‘complain and the heading of your complain’ in the subject of the mail. For example, if you’ve a complain regarding the non-availability of our volunteers then open your mail, and in the subject bar type - ‘complain – no volunteer found’. After that frame your mail as briefly as possible.

Kindly create an account with your company’s name.

Even if the product is damaged then also you can cross check it with our volunteers. They will go through it and determine if the product can be repaired and donated. If it still doesn’t work then BOLD will take the product to a recycling unit.

The credit points can be used to buy our study materials and course subscription which will be added gradually. The option of in-app purchases will also be added soon.
